Welcome to Smartdatahub. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our e-commerce store and form a contract between you and Smartdatahub.

We store your name, surname, and email for order processing and customer services. Your email will be used for marketing, and we do not share it with any other parties. We do not store our customer’s banking information.

Payments
We use Yoco / Paystack / OZOW for processing payments. Please refer to Yoco’s / Paystack’s / OZOW’s Terms & Conditions for additional information regarding payment processing.
Refunds and Returns
We do not offer refunds for Airtime and Data. However, for data bundle purchases exceeding R100, customers may initiate a partial refund under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility: If you wish to cancel a data purchase that exceeds R100, you will need to make a new purchase of a data bundle costing at least R100.
Refund Process: Once you purchase the new data bundle, the difference between your original purchase and the new purchase will be refunded to you. For example, if you originally purchased a 200GB data bundle for R379 and decide to purchase a 50GB bundle for R149, you will be refunded R230 (R379 – R149).
No Refunds for Purchases Below R100: If the value of your original purchase is less than R100, no refund will be offered.
We accept returns but will not refund a damaged or stolen product during transit to our store. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.
