Return Policy

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage or Stolen Products:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund products that are damaged or stolen during transit. Please ensure proper handling and security during delivery.

Booking Returns:

  • To initiate a return, customers must call our customer care at 010 006 2050.
  • Calls for returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Airtime and data purchases are non-refundable.

Required Documentation:

  • Customers must retain the original slip and product packaging for all returns.

Incorrect Address Deliveries

  • Products delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded.
