Return Policy
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage or Stolen Products:
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund products that are damaged or stolen during transit. Please ensure proper handling and security during delivery.
Booking Returns:
- To initiate a return, customers must call our customer care at 010 006 2050.
- Calls for returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Airtime and data purchases are non-refundable.
Required Documentation:
- Customers must retain the original slip and product packaging for all returns.
Incorrect Address Deliveries
- Products delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded.
